Instructions
- Place the dried split peas in a high-speed blender or food processor and blend for 3 minutes or until a fine powder is formed.
- Use a sieve or a fine mesh strainer to sift the powder to sort out any large pieces. You may grind these larger pieces again until finely powdered.
- Store the pea protein powder in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. You can freeze the powder to extend its shelf life by placing it in vacuum-seal bags and storing it in a freezer.
