Christina remembers spending summers helping her grandmother dry fruits and vegetables on the family farm in Colorado as a child. As an adult, Christina’s passion for preserving food and love of gardening has led her to create a pantry full of homegrown canned and dried goodies.
Amber
Amber has fond memories of eating dehydrated apples in her grandmother’s kitchen as a child and rolling up homemade fruit leather for an afternoon snack. Amber is a lover of all things food and is continuously learning new ways to prepare and consume food.
Patrick
Patrick has a farming background and is a full-time food writer and recipe creator. His goal is to help you discover how fantastic it is to dehydrate and preserve food by sharing his knowledge. Outside of the kitchen, Patrick enjoys outdoor activities and exploring nature in all its beauty.
Alex
Preserving food has become a meeting point for Alex’s passions—gardening, cooking, and writing. Having grown up on a farm with cows, goats, chickens, and fresh fruits and vegetables, Alex knows the importance of preserving food for leaner times.
Jack
Jack is a writer and keen foodie based in London, England. When he’s not writing, he can be found in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes for him and his partner to enjoy!
